Semi-Private Training

Working out with others boosts your motivation and makes fitness training fun and exciting! RVN Box offers semi-private training, accommodating you and up to 3 additional people for 1 hour. With our semi-private training, you and your partners receive individualized attention from an expert fitness trainer in Baltimore, helping everyone get their desired results.

Two people – $65 pp | 3-4 people – $55 pp

Booking your training schedule with your coach ensures that you prioritize your health and stay consistent. Each week your coach reviews your progress, adjusts goals as needed, holds you accountable, and helps you maintain the motivation you need to win.

We request that personal training appointments be booked 24 hours in advance, but should you need to book with less than 24 hours’ notice, reach out to us here. Personal training sessions are 60, 45, or 30 minutes in length, and we must have a credit card on file to hold your appointment.
