We work hard and sweat happens! We recommend that you bring a towel and a water container. Filtered water is available.

There is very limited parking on the lot to the rear of the building, as well as street parking.  Both are available on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend allowing for additional time to find parking before your scheduled class.

Yes, you can freeze your membership for a minimum of thirty days and a maximum of two months per calendar year. To hold your membership, contact us by email with the exact dates.

Members receive one Friends & Fam pass per month they can use to bring along a companion who has never been to RVN Box. You can book your Friends & Fam into a class with you by using the RVN Box App.  Additional fees may apply.  Personal training sessions and semi-private sessions are excluded.

The minimum age to attend class is 16. A parent or guardian must be present if the individual is under the age of  18 and sign a consent form for them to take class.
